I have been in the pest control industry for over 25 years working for several top pest control companies training and supervising technicians in the field. Through the years I noticed a very apparent flaw in the pest control industry both from professionals and customers. I adopted a very common sense approach to various pest issues that other companies and professionals have seemed to ignore. I have developed protocols and operating procedures for the most common pests using a philosophy that focuses on the source of the issue not the symptom.
